Massages
At AYRA, each massage is designed to restore balance — easing the body, quieting the mind, and reconnecting you to your natural rhythm.
Swedish
Swedish massage is a gentle, full-body therapy for relaxation, using long, flowing strokes (effleurage), kneading (petrissage), friction, tapping (tapotement), and vibration with oil or lotion to soothe muscles, improve circulation and reduce stress.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue uses slow, firm strokes and deep pressure to target inner layers of muscle and connective tissue, releasing chronic tension, knots (adhesions), and pain from stiff necks, sore shoulders, or back issues, promoting healing by breaking down scar tissue and improving circulation.
Hot Stone
Hot Stone uses smooth, heated volcanic basalt stones placed on the body and used as tools by the therapist to relax muscles, improve circulation, and ease tension through deep warmth.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique using rhythmic pressure from fingers, thumbs, palms, and elbows on specific body points (meridians) to balance energy flow (Qi), relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, often done over loose clothing on a floor mat.
